In terms of choosing, it really depends on what you will use the oven for, if you have a large family or are planning on roasting large meals regularly then the full double ovens may be a good option.  However, as memtioned earlier the normal one and half oven is suitable for most families and kitchens. There are electric and gas options available, most come with a grill function in
both the top and bottom ovens. A lot of the ovens now come with many more features, such as Pizza oven mode, defrost mode, thermal grill and many others, making built in double ovens very versatile.
